There are moments when the darkness can feel incredibly lonely.

You might feel disconnected from yourself, from your spirituality, and from the people around you.

But please remember — you don’t have to go through it alone.

Asking for help isn’t weakness. Reaching out isn’t failure. Sometimes allowing someone to support you is one of the greatest acts of self-love.

Even when you can’t feel the light, you don’t have to walk through the darkness by yourself.

Sometimes life feels heavy. Your spiritual connection feels distant. The things that usually help don’t seem to work anymore.

But that doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you.

You are not broken. You are moving through a phase.

You don’t have to force yourself to be positive or have all the answers. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is be honest about where you are and take one small step forward.

The light is still there — even when you can’t feel it.

We are coming towards the end of an intense eclipse cycle, and so much has been shifting.

Truths being revealed.
Relationships changing.
Emotions coming to the surface.
Old versions of ourselves falling away.

This phase is asking us to trust what is being revealed, release what is complete, and create space for what comes next.

There was something really special about bringing

There was something really special about bringing the Meditation Circle to Leicester — the place where I grew up. ❤️

To return here and create a space for connection, healing and stillness felt incredibly special.

And having some of my family there made it even more meaningful.
