The Planet Is Shifting: A Deep Spiritual Reset and What It Means for Your Soul

Over the past few weeks, many people have been feeling something shifting — sometimes quietly, sometimes intensely.

You might feel more emotional than usual.
More tired.
More reflective.
Or perhaps you’ve noticed a deep internal questioning beginning to surface.

If this resonates, you’re not imagining it.

We are moving through a period of profound energetic change on the planet. A combination of major cosmic alignments, collective transitions, and energetic resets are opening the door to an entirely new cycle of growth.

Chinese New Year has ushered in the Year of the Fire Horse, a symbol of courage, independence, and powerful forward movement. Alongside this we’ve experienced eclipse energy, a New Moon, and significant planetary movements, including Neptune and Saturn sitting at zero degrees in Aries.

In astrology, zero degrees marks the very beginning of a new cycle.

This is not just a subtle shift. It represents the energetic equivalent of a new chapter beginning — not just individually, but collectively.

And when the planet shifts, we feel it.

Why So Many People Feel Heavy Right Now

When people talk about spiritual awakening or energetic shifts, they often imagine feelings of peace, clarity, or enlightenment.

But the reality is that deep spiritual transformation often begins with release.

Before new energy can enter, old energy must clear.

This is why so many people are experiencing emotions resurfacing, old memories returning, or patterns appearing that they thought they had already healed.

It’s not regression.

It’s recalibration.

Think of it as a deep energetic clearing taking place across the collective consciousness. When these waves of change move through the planet, they move through us as well.

You might notice:

• Feeling unusually tired or needing more rest
• Emotional sensitivity or waves of unexpected feelings
• A strong desire to withdraw and reflect
• A sudden urge to change parts of your life
• Realising that certain relationships or situations no longer feel aligned

These experiences are not signs that something is wrong.

They are signs that something is shifting.

The Akashic Perspective: Soul Cycles Are Closing

When we look at this moment through the lens of the Akashic Records, we see something very interesting.

Many souls are completing cycles that have been active for years — sometimes even decades.

A soul contract may be completing.
A lesson may be integrating.
An identity you once held may be dissolving.

The Akashic Records often show that transformation rarely arrives suddenly. Instead, there is usually a period of energetic preparation before a new chapter fully begins.

Right now, many people are in that in-between space.

The old chapter has finished, but the new one has not fully revealed itself yet.

This can feel uncomfortable because the human mind likes certainty.

But spiritually, this space is incredibly powerful.

It’s the space where reinvention becomes possible.

The Urge to Burn It All Down

One theme that has been appearing repeatedly in conversations and coaching sessions is the sudden urge many people feel to walk away from everything.

To leave a job.
To end a relationship.
To change their entire life direction.

Sometimes this urge comes from genuine growth.

But sometimes it can also come from emotional overwhelm.

One of the most important lessons during periods of energetic intensity is learning the power of the pause.

Just because energy is shifting doesn’t mean every feeling requires immediate action.

Often the most aligned response is to slow down and observe what is arising.

Ask yourself:

Is this urge coming from clarity or from emotional reaction?

When we pause, we create space for wisdom to emerge.

And that wisdom is often far more powerful than impulsive action.

This Is Not About Fixing Yourself

One of the biggest misconceptions about spiritual growth is the belief that we need to fix ourselves.

Many people approach their spiritual journey as if they are broken and need to be repaired.

But the deeper truth is much simpler.

You are not broken.

You are evolving.

Much of the spiritual work we do is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering who we already are.

It is about removing the layers of conditioning, fear, and expectation that have accumulated over time.

When those layers fall away, your authentic self naturally begins to emerge.

This is why I often remind people:

You are your own healer.

No teacher, mentor, or guide can do the work for you.

But the right guidance can help you remember your own power.

Navigating Transformation Through the Four Bodies

When we experience deep energetic shifts, they affect every aspect of our being.

I often speak about the importance of balancing the four bodies:

Physical
Mental
Emotional
Spiritual

Transformation becomes much easier when all four bodies are supported.

The physical body may need more rest or time in nature.

The mental body benefits from reflection and journaling.

The emotional body may require space to process feelings without judgement.

The spiritual body strengthens through meditation, silence, and connection with your inner guidance.

When these four aspects are aligned, transformation becomes less chaotic and more integrated.

Leadership Is Changing Too

Another important shift happening right now is the evolution of leadership.

For many years leadership was associated with control, authority, and pushing forward.

But the new energy emerging on the planet is inviting a different kind of leadership.

A leadership rooted in:

Presence
Compassion
Authenticity
Holding space for others

This is not about fixing people or telling them what to do.

It is about walking beside others as they discover their own truth.

Many people who are feeling these shifts strongly are also being called into this kind of leadership.

They may feel a quiet inner knowing that they are meant to guide others in some way.

But often that calling is accompanied by doubt.

Am I ready?

Am I qualified?

Who am I to help others?

The truth is that the most powerful guides are often those who have walked through their own healing journey.

Your experiences are not accidents.

They are preparation.

A New Chapter Is Beginning

Right now we are standing at the threshold of something new.

The Year of the Fire Horse carries energy of courage, independence, and forward movement. But before that movement begins fully, there is a moment of recalibration.

A moment to pause.

A moment to release.

A moment to reconnect with your deeper truth.

You do not need to rush into action.

You do not need to have everything figured out immediately.

Transformation unfolds in layers.

Sometimes the most powerful step you can take is simply to listen.

Listen to your intuition.

Listen to the wisdom within.

Listen to what your soul is asking of you.

A Simple Reflection

If you take nothing else from this moment of transition, consider reflecting on these questions:

What am I being invited to release right now?

What part of my life feels complete?

And what new possibility might be waiting to emerge?

You don’t need perfect answers.

Sometimes the act of asking the question begins the transformation.

Trust the Shift

The world may feel uncertain at times.

But uncertainty is often the birthplace of evolution.

The shifts happening on the planet are not random.

They are part of a larger unfolding.

And within that unfolding, every individual soul has a role to play.

Your role begins by staying connected to yourself.

By trusting your inner guidance.

By allowing your own transformation to unfold naturally.

Because sometimes the most powerful changes don’t begin with dramatic action.

They begin quietly.

With awareness.

With reflection.

And with the simple decision to honour the path your soul is guiding you toward.

With love and light
